Break Loose 4 GenAM and Battle Passes

I hereby acknowledge after the purchase of the “Break Loose 4” General Admission/Crew Battle pass, I accept, and agree that entering this private event “Break Loose 4” as a spectator, participant, competitor, or service provider you may suffer injury.

 
With purchase you hereby voluntarily agree that any such film or photography of you is the property of the event organizer, its sponsors, media partners and sanctioning bodies and is for their own commercial use and benefit, which is transferred by them without any restriction, and that you release, hold harmless and indemnify all parties and their affiliates from any claims relating to your attendance at the event, including any injuries or damages that you may suffer, and any use of your image from the event.

Participation in any session and related activities on the premises may place unusual stress on the body and is not recommended for persons suffering from asthma, epilepsy, cardio disorders, respiratory disorders, hypertension, skeletal, joint, or ligament problems or conditions and certain mental illnesses. I hereby acknowledge I may be filmed and/or photographed.

All rights, titles, and interests in any and all images, videos, audio, pictures, or any other data or information documented through any means at the event is the property of and hereby assigned to Between Excellence and Trash, LLC, affiliates and assigns.
